ChessMemory offers a free version so you can fully try the app before buying. Because of that — and because ChessMemory Pro is a digital product delivered instantly — payments are generally non-refundable.
The $4.99/month plan can be cancelled at any time from your Paddle receipt/management link. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. Fees already paid are not pro-rated or refunded. The $49 lifetime option is a single payment with no recurring charge.

Requests showing a pattern of abuse — for example repeated buy-and-refund activity, or using multiple accounts/emails to obtain access without paying — will be declined, and any associated licenses may be revoked.
Payments and any approved refunds are handled by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, and are returned to your original payment method within a few business days.
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have under your local law.
