These Terms govern your use of ChessMemory ("the Software"), a chess-training application offered as a desktop application and a web application. ChessMemory is operated by Brice Patrick Nana Fondja, a sole proprietor based in Canada ("we", "us", "the Seller"). By purchasing or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.
ChessMemory Pro is available as a recurring monthly subscription ($4.99/month) or a one-time lifetime license ($49). Either grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to unlock Pro features for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your license key or account. The free version may be used subject to its built-in limits.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the order, payment, invoicing and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Pro is delivered instantly and a free version is available to try first. The monthly subscription can be cancelled anytime — you keep Pro until the end of the paid period and are not charged again; fees already paid are generally non-refundable. Lifetime purchases are generally non-refundable except for unresolved technical issues or where required by law — see our Refund Policy. Abusive activity (e.g. repeated buy-and-refund, or using multiple accounts to obtain access without paying) may result in declined refunds and revoked access.
You agree not to misuse the Software, attempt to circumvent its licensing, reverse-engineer it for redistribution, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
Your study data is stored locally on your device and, if you create an account, synced to our cloud storage. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
